Annual Fertilizer & Treatment Schedule

The lawn is tall fescue. Grant follows this schedule closely — each application has specific timing windows, spreader settings, and product requirements. All tasks below are tracked in Home Assistant (Maint integration), which sends reminders when each one comes due.

The Agri-Fab spreader settings and bag quantities assume approximately 10,000 sq ft of lawn. Products are purchased from Carolina Fresh Farms — see their fescue schedule PDF for additional guidance.
